Security & Protection
- Are your important files backed up daily and stored safely off-site?
- Could you restore your systems in under 24 hours if they went down?
- Do all employees use unique logins & strong passwords?
- Is your Wi-Fi network protected from outsiders?
- Do you have a firewall configured and managed for ongoing protection?
- Are security policies in place and enforced across all devices?
Operations & Uptime
- If your internet or POS system fails, do you have a backup plan to keep working?
- Can your team securely access files from home or on the road?
- Do you know who to call (other than waiting on hold with vendors) if tech issues stop your business?
- Do you have someone who can fix network or Wi-Fi issues on the spot?
- Do you have a single point of contact who can call ISPs, POS vendors, or software providers on your behalf?
Devices & Workstations
- Is there support available when computers or laptops run slowly?
- Do you have help available for compliance upgrades or system reinstalls?
- If a printer stops working, do you have someone to get it running again (without needing new hardware)?
